"This is the first Google review I've ever done. It goes to Maddie S. at Casey Hill State Farm Agent. I contacted their office to verify an email sent to me. Maddie was very kind and helpful from the beginning. From past experience dealing with other companies' customer service, you either get transfer to another department or receive a simple answer. Maddie took her time to understand the situation and was not rushed to conclusion. She promised to get back with more details from her underwriter. Sure, she did. This time she provided more explanations. As a result, I was able to follow her instruction to complete the email sent to me. In conclusion, I have never met Ms. Maddie. She did not ask nor her office required me to write the review. Her work is valuable and great asset to both State Farm and the customers. Once again, I appreciate your positive and quality assistance."

"Well, I have personally been with Casey since Tom Rykert retired. Total is over 35 years. No accidents, no tickets, home, auto, and utility trailer and past motorcycles all insured through this office. I had been very pleased with their service until I started seeing rate increases w/o any notice to us this past year. No good explanation from Casey. So, this past fall, I lowered the coverage amounts. Policy went down ~$30/month. Since then, our rates have gone back up to previous levels. Not a happy camper at all on a fixed income. My last interaction with Giselle was a bit tense when asking her to make changes I authorized online. I 'had' always had good interactions in the past and this really soured that. After all this, I am on the verge of moving my insurance business to another carrier who will appreciate my long standing business. Update: my issue is not with rate increases, but after having numerous talks with Casey and his office about our rates being higher than the norm, found that State Farm used an old pricing model on our policy that kept it a good amount higher rate (through no fault of ours), I would have wanted to know about increases from Casey. Communication."

"Never replies or replies very late to inquiries. Has not provided any real support regarding when dealing with claims. Edit: It took a while but all of our claim issues were resolved. Text is best when communicating with the agent."

"I cannot recommend Casey hill and Giselle more! I have been with them since I walked into their office after having a bad experience just to get a second opinion after moving to the area. They invited me in to sit down and go over what they would do differently for me and my wife at the time and took immense care in laying out options and fitting them to our situation. Even through a divorce on our end they handled the situation expertly and with care, and definitely retained both of us as lifelong customers! If you are in the market for insurance in Sherwood, this is where you need to be."
